A. To take advantage of the extra memory available on the Vivoactive 4 and Venu, I have created a separate watch face with the same functionality, but more optimized for those watches. It is called "Analog Commander 2 AMOLED Always-On support" and you can find it here.

A. Enter the unlock key in the "Unlock Key" field in the watch face's settings. Click here for more details on how to change the settings of a watch face or app.

A. Just send me 5 dollars at Purchase WatchFace Unlock Key. You'll then get an unlock key immediately shown in your browser as well as an email sent to your email address. Enter the unlock key in the "Unlock Key" field in the watch face's settings. Click here for more details on how to change the settings of a watch face or app. Then you will have access to all of the premium features.

A. Confirm you have premium. Then you can change the "Top Text" field in the watch face's settings to be whatever you want instead of "Demo". Click here for more details on how to change the settings of a watch face or app.

A. Just go into the settings for the watch face and change the background to white, the foreground to black, and the hand color to black. Click here for more details on how to change the settings of a watch face or app. Naturally, you can change these values to any color you want depending on your taste.

A. The GMT Pointer really only makes sense for a watch like the D2 Delta with 24 hours physically printed around the perimeter of the dial. If the offset is 0, then the pointer will point to the same hour as the local time, but it will be pointing to that hour on the 24 hour perimeter. For instance, in the image below, you'll see that it's 11:41am so the GMT pointer is pointing between the 11 and 12 of the outer printed dial numbers.

A. The things to check are:
1. Make sure your watch is connected to your phone. There should be a bluetooth connection icon in the upper left between the 11 and 12 hour if it's connected to your phone over bluetooth.
2. Make sure your phone is connected to the internet.
3. In the Weather Text or Large Weather Complication it should say either "No gps", "Loading in", an age like "2h old", or just show the weather data.
3a. "No gps" means the watch doesn't have a gps location saved from the last time it got a gps location. To fix this, open an Activity like Run and wait for a good GPS location to be aquired. I would suggest waiting a minute after it gets a location to ensure it's a good solid gps location. Then exit the activity to go back to the watch face.
3b. "Loading in" tells how soon it will attempt to load the weather again. It should count down until it gets to 0m and then the current weather should appear on the watch face. If it goes back to "Loading in " with a larger time again, it must have failed to get the weather data because the phone doesn't have an internet connection, the phone isn't connected to the watch, or the gps location is bad. It might be good to try step 3a again to ensure the gps location is a very good one.
3c. "2h old" means the weather data is 2 hours old. This may be normal if your refresh frequency is larger than 2 hours, but if your refresh frequency is shorter than 2 hours, it could indicate that it hasn't been able to connect to the internet to get new weather data. Note that the refresh frequency is ignored and left at 4 hours if you don't have a valid unlock key entered in settings.

A. I would suggest at least temporarily enable one of the weather complications like Weather Text or Large Weather. The reason is that those will give you extra information about why it hasn't received the weather data which is required to show the sunrise/sunset.
If it says "No gps", it's because it doesn't have a GPS location so you need to go into an Activity like Run and wait until it says you have a good GPS location.
If it says "Loading", you need to make sure you've got the bluetooth symbol showing you have a good connection to your phone and make sure your phone has a good internet connection. It will retry connecting to the weather API depending on the "Refresh Frequency" setting, so if you don't want to wait as long for it to try again, change that to a smaller number and make sure your "Unlock Key" setting is set if you have one otherwise it will ignore the "Refresh Frequency" setting.

A. AMOLED watch faces (like the Venu) will turn off by default after a short time of inactivity to save battery power. You can change the Display Timeout to "Always On" in the watch's menu: Settings->System->Display->Timeout->"Always On". When you do that, the watch face will stay visible after the inactivity timeout. It will become dimmer in this low power mode and depending on the watch face, it may show a simpler version of the watch face to conserve power so you're still getting good battery life. An additional requirement for this "Always On" setting is that while it's in this low power mode, if any single pixel is on for 3 minutes in a row, the watch face will go blank until you wake it up again. This is to prevent screen burn-in that can happen on an AMOLED display.
